G'day Dinkum Bloke. Nice to hear back from you. Keep up your efforts. What is your story about if I may ask? Regards, Chris Carvill.

G'day Chris, thanks for your email .My story is about a young Protestant Priest who is sent to a parish in the Australian "Outback" , though he has only his bible and the clothes he wears he provides food, clothing and houses for thousands of people and he falls in love in with a beautiful young woman prisoner who is sentenced into his Church's care. He becomes a legend in the 'Outback". I rush to add that it is not of the same ilk as "Thorn Birds" which is also a marvellous story. best regards, Ray.

    Hi Dinkum Bloke,

I've seen you looking for a producer for a long time. I am not one (at present - but learning slowly learning the ins and outs). You seem to have a great concept which also seems to be highly marketable. I recommend creating a sample of your script (a few scenes) to show a production company - with some good actors (and if possible, at least one who has some type of reputation already). Your persistence and dedication is something that will stand you in good stead. Regards, Chris (from Melbourne)

G'day Chris. Thanks for your message. I would if I could afford the cost but I have just spent all my money on having books printed for presentation to Producers. I have been writing this story for sixteen years and have updated it five times. But as my old Dad used to say "To strive for perfection takes too long so I have decided that it is ready enough to have a TV Series or a Movie made of it. About five years ago I wrote another story as a possible sequel to the "Crocodile Dundee" Movie and sent a CD copy to the star- Mr. Paul Hogan's agent in Los Angeles but did not hear anything back. I really, really hope that some Producer will look at my book - I need the money it would bring. It is nice to do business with nice people, I always say and it is nice to receive a message from you. and I thank you for your kind words. best regards, Ray.
